We use Fastway Couriers which is a two day service nationwide.
Local Deliveries in Christchurch collected in morning will be delivered in afternoon. Collected in afternoon will be delivered next day.
NOTE: Sometimes we are not always able to supply the items listed due to delays from some of our suppliers. Due to the Individual Handcrafted nature of some of our items, exact duplications are not possible and colour shades may vary from different batches of materials used. Embellishments may differ from those pictured due to availability. As the Individual Personalised Products are Hand-crafted a suitable embellishment will be selected to suit the photo.
For All Personalised Gifts please allow 5 working days from receipt of order / or photo though I will ensure to have your gift ready as soon as possible.
All Gifts will be Gift Wrapped and Decorated with Gold Ribbon with a small handcrafted gift card. If gift is being delivered directly to recipient: I can add your personal message to the gift card
Incorrect Address: Please check the address the delivery is going to carefully before giving details. Any incorrect address will incur a redirection fee.
Hospital Deliveries: Please check with the hospital before submitting delivery details as the patient may have checked out prior to delivery. There will be a redirection fee if this has happened.
We advise to deliver directly to the patient’s residential address if length of stay in hospital is not known.
